After shooting the PanAm closing ceremonies at the Rogers Centre, I was asked back to cover the opening ceremonies to the ParaPan games. This time held at York University, the ParaPan opening ceremonies were a night I’ll probably never forget. Being a part something you know only happens once or twice in a lifetime is quite humbling. Being a part of a collection of strong willed, determined and focused athletes and performers was inspiring, but to see all these people come together from around the world, of all cultures and backgrounds was tremendous.
